Julie Black is the Principal Broker and owner of Kauai Dreams Realty. A resident of Kauai since 1976, she has more than 24 years of licensed real estate experience. Julie's extensive knowledge of the real estate industry and island community, enable her to provide exceptional value to her clients. She is also one of the few REO listing brokers on Kauai, specializing in bank and mortgage foreclosures. Her blog provides updates on current REO opportunities.
Julie maintains an active presence in her community and on the Kauai Board of Realtors (KBR). She currently serves as Chair of the Grievance Committee. She subsequently served as the 2007 KBR Vice President; KBR Chair; KBR Education Chair for the Education Planning committee; Member of the Grievance Committee; and as a member of the Board of Directors.
In 2001, Julie was designated a Certified Residential Specialist, in recognition of her professional accomplishments in both experience and education. The CRS designation is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field and comprises just 4 percent of all REALTORS®.
As part of her focus on maintaining a high level of professionalism, Julie also obtained the GRI designation. GRI Realtors are highly trained in many areas of real estate to better serve and protect their clients.
Julie is a graduate of Santa Monica High School, and the University of Hawaii at Manoa (BS). She is married to Milton "Jojo" Caspillo of Kapaa, and has two daughters, Kela and Leilani.

Sheena is our full-time Property Manager where she manages an inventory of over 100 vacation, commercial, and long term rental properties. Clients include both landlords with a single property to investors with large numbers of real estate investment holdings.
As a certified e-PRO Real Estate Agent, Sheena has been highly trained to deal with the Internet savvy consumer. Her experience with leading edge technology and evaluating and implementing new Internet business models provides the basis for developing high quality and innovative online-based real estate services for the marketing of properties.
Sheena keeps pace with a rapidly changing market and staying abreast of ever increasing legal and fair housing issues in the property management field. She specializes in advising and selecting income producing properties, implementing maintenance and improvement plan, and maximizing income potential to meet specific needs of owners. Additional marketing services include staging properties for sale along with coordinating and furnishing vacation rentals.

Carrice Caspillo is a realtor associate and marketing manager for Kauai Dreams Realty. She was born and raised on the north shore of Kauai and is a graduate of Kapaa High School and Pepperdine University, where she obtained her BA in Economics and Political Science. Subsequent to joining Kauai Dreams Realty, Carrice lived in the Bay Area and worked as a business development and marketing professional for the legal and financial services industries. As a result of her prior experience, Carrice understands the importance of taking into account her client’s needs, having knowledge of current market conditions, and providing a high level of customer service.
